  • How do I check the status of my order?
    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, follow this link to share your concern. You will receive a follow-up email from ffdcustomers@gmail.com and we will do our best to look into it for you.
  • Can I return an item?
    Yes! Our return policy lasts 30 days after purchase.Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as flowers and plants.
  • Ordering & Payment
    You may purchase products from the Online Shop with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Visa Electron. We are sorry that we cannot accept personal cheques, cashier’s cheques, money orders or direct deposits. We use Wix.com as a payment processor to process your online transaction on our behalf. For more information on Wix.com, please visit https://support.wix.com/en/article/about-wix-payments. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non- delivery.
  • Can I exchange an item?
    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ffdcustomers@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. You may also sign-in and click here. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send your item to: Fascinating Floral Designs 9378 Arlington Expressway #174 Jacksonville, FL, 32225, United States If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

  • Can I Cancel/Refund My Garden Circle Membership?
    Yes, you can cancel your membership at anytime. To cancel, click the “Contact” link at the bottom of any page in the site. Then complete form with the subject line “Cancel Garden Circle Subscription”. All future charges to your credit card will terminate, within 3 business days after FFD's receives your request for cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the month you have paid for and you can continue to attend classes/workshops until the last day of the cancelation month. There will be no refunds on the yearly subscription.
